Shipping policy

Personalised bowls or jars will be sent 4-5 weeks from the date of your order. Most items are sent by Royal Mail 48 (tracked but not signed for), and heavier items (eg multiple bowls) by courier. PLEASE NOTE if you are ordering from outside the UK, you may be liable for import duty, VAT or other charges when the item reaches your country. Chow Bella will not be held liable for these charges.
