Shipping policy

Personalised bowls or jars will be sent 4-5 weeks from the date of your order. Most items are sent by Royal Mail 24 (tracked but not signed for), and heavier items (eg multiple bowls) by courier.

Ready made items such as mugs, tea towels will be sent within 3 working days, unless you have ordered with a personalised bowl, in which case they will all be sent together.
