Chow Bella Returns Policy
I want you (and your pet) to be delighted with your order. If you’re not completely happy, I do accept returns on non-personalised items.
Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return cost

UK customers: Returns of non-personalised items are free of charge. I’ll email you a prepaid returns label or arrange a courier collection from your address.

Overseas customers: If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you will be responsible for the return postage cost.
Items that cannot be returned

As each bowl is handmade and personalised to order, personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to request a return

Email me at claire@chow-bella.co.uk with your order number.

UK customers will receive a prepaid label or collection service.

Overseas customers will need to arrange and pay for return shipping.

Repack your item securely, and I’ll handle the rest.
Refunds

Once I receive your return, I’ll process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Other information

Refunds: Only available on non-personalised items.

Late or missing refunds: Check with your bank/credit card provider, as it may take time for refunds to appear. Contact me if there’s a problem.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: I can replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email me first.

Gifts: If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
