Chow Bella Returns Policy

I want you (and your pet) to be delighted with your order. If you’re not completely happy, I do accept returns on non-personalised items.


Return window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.


Return cost

  • UK customers: Returns of non-personalised items are free of charge. I’ll email you a prepaid returns label or arrange a courier collection from your address.

  • Overseas customers: If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you will be responsible for the return postage cost.


Items that cannot be returned

  • As each bowl is handmade and personalised to order, personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


How to request a return

  1. Email me at claire@chow-bella.co.uk with your order number.

  2. UK customers will receive a prepaid label or collection service.

  3. Overseas customers will need to arrange and pay for return shipping.

  4. Repack your item securely, and I’ll handle the rest.


Refunds

  • Once I receive your return, I’ll process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.


Other information

  • Refunds: Only available on non-personalised items.

  • Late or missing refunds: Check with your bank/credit card provider, as it may take time for refunds to appear. Contact me if there’s a problem.

  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Exchanges: I can replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email me first.

  • Gifts: If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
